Digital HCM Business Analyst

As an Oracle HCM Cloud Business Analyst at Emerson, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of Global HCM for the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for Oracle HCM - Assisting in Oracle HCM implementations and onboarding activities - Participating in requirements gathering sessions and maintaining documentation - Converting legacy data into Oracle and conducting data validation - Maintaining project management documentation such as fit/gap analysis - Supporting post Go-Live activities and providing Hypercare support - Ensuring reporting standards are maintained and coordinating reporting requirements - Assisting with application functional and regression testing - Researching new Oracle functionality to enhance customer usage - Transitioning completed implementations to the HRIS support team - Providing support in resolving production issues - Assisting in developing change management programs for HRIS services - Presenting solutions to customers and assisting in testing and training activities Qualifications required for this role include: - Completion of a four-year bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under stress - Good communication and collaboration skills Preferred qualifications that would set you apart include: - Oracle HCM Core HR Implementation Certification - Experience and understanding of SAFe Agile methodologies, DevOps - Knowledge of BIP Reports, HCM Extracts At Emerson, you will be part of a workplace that values and empowers every employee to grow.
