Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Digital Growth Associate. You will be at the forefront of driving our online presence and digital growth strategy. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach, maximizing sales opportunities, and enhancing customer engagement in the ever-evolving digital landscape.

Work Mode & Compensation

• Location:

  Faridabad (On-site) — Hybrid or remote options may be considered for candidates demonstrating strong capability and commitment.

• Compensation:

  ₹1.8 – ₹2.4 LPA + Performance Linked Incentive

• Flexibility:

  Full-time role, however, it may be

  converted

  to a

  part-time opportunity

  , provided the candidate can deliver the same level of output and performance expectations

Responsibilities:

Website & SEO

• Own and optimise the company website built on WordPress
• Build & execute on-page, off-page and technical SEO

Marketing

• Generating sales through paid campaigns on digital channels, including, but not limited to, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, etc.
• Increase the web & digital presence on various platforms such as Google, Medium etc.
• Create various types of email campaigns, design HTML email templates, and utilize email marketing tools like Mailchimp

Design

• Design high-impact graphics, templates, and visual banners
• Create short form videos for publication on Social channels

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Digital Marketing
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies
• Sense of Digital Marketing Tools such as Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Mail Chimp
• Experience in developing images and short videos using Canva, Adobe, Veed etc.
• Understanding of sales and marketing principles to contribute to growth strategies.
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
