Digital Forensics & Incident Response

Role Overview: As an Incident Response Consultant, your main responsibility will involve providing expert consultation to clients on incident response strategies. You will focus on ensuring swift containment, eradication, and recovery from cybersecurity incidents like ransomware and data breaches. Additionally, you will develop customized incident response plans and playbooks tailored to meet the specific needs of client organizations. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct forensic investigations in the realm of Digital Forensics Services to identify the root cause of incidents, assess damage, and gather evidence for legal or compliance purposes. - Analyze compromised systems and networks using advanced forensic tools and techniques to determine breach extent and provide valuable insights to clients. - Act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering insights and recommendations to enhance their cybersecurity posture through Client Engagement and Relationship Management. - Collaborate with clients to integrate threat intelligence into their cybersecurity strategies, proactively identifying vulnerabilities and recommending mitigation measures. - Ensure client adherence to regulatory and industry compliance standards during incident handling and reporting as part of Compliance and Reporting duties. - Design and deliver training programs to enhance clients" incident response readiness and forensic capabilities, including conducting tabletop exercises, drills, and simulations in the realm of Training and Awareness. Qualifications Required: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related fields. Advanced certifications such as GCFA, GCIH, or CISA are preferred. - Possess at least 15 years of experience in digital forensics, incident response, and client-facing consulting roles. - Demonstrate expertise in forensic tools, incident response frameworks, and threat intelligence platforms. - Have experience in leading multiple complex real-life cybersecurity post-incidence recovery efforts. - Require exceptional analytical, communication, and client management skills along with an in-depth understanding of OT/IT environments, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.,
