Job Description

As a Techno-Functional professional in the role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between technical and functional aspects of projects or systems for BPC. Your main tasks will include: - Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical specifications. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain technology solutions. - Facilitating user training sessions and providing ongoing support for effective adoption and utilization of BPC solutions. Key Requirements: - Financial Analysis Skills: Deep understanding of financial analysis techniques such as variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. Ability to extract insights from complex financial data and effectively communicate them to non-financial stakeholders. - Business Acumen: Strong business acumen connecting financial analysis to broader business objectives. Ability to understand key drivers of financial performance and provide actionable recommendations for business growth and profitability. - Analytical Thinking: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and data-driven decision-making. Attention to detail, working with large datasets, and accurate financial calculations. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting financial information clearly to diverse audiences. Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior management. - Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, adapt to changes, and embrace new technologies for continuous improvement. - Collaboration: Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, defining project scope, and prioritizing features for local BPC implementations. Essential Requirements: - Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to interpret and communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. - Excellent leadership and communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and influencing decision-making at all organizational levels. Desirable Requirements: - Qualified Chartered Accountant / University degree in business administration/finances or comparable business experience. - Strong understanding of BPC concepts, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes. - Experience with SAP BPC or similar enterprise planning and consolidation tools is highly desirable.
