Digital Finance Manager

As the Tool Operations Lead for the digital finance tool SOFIA at Novartis Healthcare Private Limited, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Acting as the first level support for users globally, providing business continuance, user trainings, and user access management - Collaborating with the technical team to ensure alignment with timelines, communication within tools, and data quality checks - Working closely with product managers to support data analysis and facilitate new solutions and features - Interacting with the technical operations team to ensure system performance and daily operations continuity - Developing documentation for business operations procedures, SOPs, and user guides - Collaborating cross-functionally for tool-related operational updates/enhancements and serving as a bridge between stakeholders and the IT team - Driving process excellence initiatives to optimize recurring processes and identify opportunities for process improvements and automations Essential Requirements: - Excellent communication skills to engage with business leaders at all levels - Experience in business system analysis, process automations, and data simplification using advanced tools - Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and adapt to continuous system changes Desirable Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in business operations, with skills in basic Finance data analytics and financial planning or reporting tools - Masters/bachelors degree in business management, Finance, or FinTech related field About Novartis: Novartis is dedicated to reimagining medicine to enhance and prolong people's lives, aspiring to become the most valued and trusted medicines company globally.
