About the role: You will be leading the tool operations for one of our digital finance tools SOFIA, requiring experience in business operations, skills and/or practical experience in basic Finance data analytics and financial planning or reporting tools. Your key responsibilities will include acting as the first level support for users globally, delivering business continuance, user trainings, and user access management. Additionally, you will work with the technical team to ensure timeline alignments, communication within tools, and data quality checks. Collaborating with product managers to facilitate new solutions and features by supporting data analysis will be crucial. You will also interact with the technical operations team for system performance and ensure daily operations continuity. Developing documentation for business operations procedures, SOPs, and user guides, as well as driving process excellence initiatives for optimal recurring processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements and automations will be part of your role. Essential Requirements: You should possess excellent communication skills and have experience communicating with business leaders at all levels of the organization. Experience in business system analysis, process automations, and data simplification using advanced tools is required. Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and adapt to continuous system changes is essential. Desirable Requirements: Ideally, you should have 5+ years of experience in business operations, skills, and/or practical experience in basic Finance data analytics and financial planning or reporting tools. A Masters or Bachelor's degree in business management, Finance, or a FinTech-related field would be beneficial. As a Senior Operation expert, your primary focus will be driving the adoption of state-of-the-art digital finance applications among finance and non-finance users. You will serve as a trusted business partner for users across various levels, from finance leaders to country end-users, providing first-level support for user queries.
