Role & responsibilities

Lead digital transformation initiatives across consumer and enterprise business units, including B2C, B2B, and wholesale segments.
• Drive the development and continuous improvement of digital channels (web, mobile app, self-service portals, e-care platforms). • Collaborate with product, marketing, IT, and network teams to ensure digitally integrated service offerings (e.g., bundled services, OTT, 5G). • Analyze customer behavior, service usage, and digital KPIs to optimize the digital customer journey and reduce churn. • Support the implementation of AI-driven tools (e.g., chatbots, recommendation engines, predictive analytics) for customer service and personalization. • Ensure seamless integration of CRM, billing, OSS/BSS systems with front-end digital platforms. • Monitor industry trends in 5G, IoT, cloud services, and network virtualization, providing strategic digital insights. • Drive agile product development and fast iteration cycles for digital features and services. • Promote a data-driven culture by helping teams leverage customer insights and real-time analytics. • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, telecom-specific standards).
