- Drive the development and continuous improvement of digital channels (web, mobile app, self-service portals, e-care platforms).
- Collaborate with product, marketing, IT, and network teams to ensure digitally integrated service offerings (e.g., bundled services, OTT, 5G).
- Analyze customer behavior, service usage, and digital KPIs to optimize the digital customer journey and reduce churn.
- Support the implementation of AI-driven tools (e.g., chatbots, recommendation engines, predictive analytics) for customer service and personalization.
- Ensure seamless integration of CRM, billing, OSS/BSS systems with front-end digital platforms.
- Monitor industry trends in 5G, IoT, cloud services, and network virtualization, providing strategic digital insights.
- Drive agile product development and fast iteration cycles for digital features and services.
- Promote a data-driven culture by helping teams leverage customer insights and real-time analytics.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, telecom-specific standards).
Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Telecommunications, Digital Business, Computer Science, or a related field. experience in digital strategy or transformation roles within the telecom or technology sector. Strong understanding of telco infrastructure, customer lifecycle, and digital ecosystems. Experience with telecom platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Amdocs, Ericsson, Huawei, Netcracker). Proficiency in digital tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Adobe Experience Cloud). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to drive change across business units. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with eSIM provisioning, omnichannel customer support, digital onboarding. Experience in cloud-native environments, APIs, and microservices architecture. Understanding of network technologies (5G, fiber, IoT) and their digital business impact.
