About the Role:

Digital Experience Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Experience Strategy

Develop and maintain a
comprehensive digital experience vision and roadmap
aligned with business goals.
Define the
experience architecture
for websites, mobile apps, portals, and omnichannel experiences.
Partner with product, marketing, and IT teams to create
data-driven, customer-centric
digital solutions.
Lead
journey mapping, ecosystem modeling, and experience blueprinting
to visualize end-to-end user engagement.
Advocate for
human-centered design principles
and ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and usability across digital platforms.

Experience Architecture & Design Systems

Define the structure and interaction flow of digital productscovering
information architecture, navigation, taxonomy, and content hierarchy
.
Partner with UX/UI designers to ensure a consistent
design system and component library
.
Translate business and user needs into
wireframes, prototypes, and technical specifications
.
Ensure that design decisions are backed by
data analytics, user research, and usability testing
.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with
Digital Experience Platforms (DXPs)
such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Sitecore, Acquia, or Optimizely.
Familiarity with
MACH principles
(Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless).
Experience with
customer data platforms (CDP)
and
personalization frameworks
.
Knowledge of
AI-driven UX
,
predictive personalization
, or
conversational interfaces
.
Background in
service design, customer journey orchestration
, or
CX transformation projects
.
Certifications in
UX Strategy, CX Management, or Digital Transformation
(e.g., Nielsen Norman Group, IDEO U, Forrester CX).
