Proven experience supporting Google Cloud Infrastructure.Design, develop, and maintain Terraform and its modules for GCP infrastructure provisioning and management.Collaborate with Data Engineers and Architects to ensure cloud resources meet data processing, security, and scalability requirements.Work closely with the Security team to ensure all infrastructure and services are compliant with organizational and regulatory standards.Monitor and optimize GCP costs, implementing guardrails and usage patterns to keep spending under control.Implement CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments.Enable observability and monitoring across services (e.g., Cloud Monitoring, Logging, and custom alerts).Ensure GCP projects follow IAM best practices, cost optimization, and security standards.Troubleshoot issues and lead performance improvements across the platform.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings and reports at the local and senior business management level.Collaborate with key stakeholders and other enterprise architects to define the architecture domains. Assess business needs, organizational capabilities, IT processes, and translate into actionable detail level design using industry-proven architecture best practices and cloud best practicesProvide guidance to subordinates, colleagues, and other stakeholders in highly complex problemsand roadblocks.Able to work on On-Call rotationsAble to work independently in a project scenario and recommend solutions by performing POCs.Strong in debugging and analyzing complex issues. Experience handling P1/P2 calls and escalationsAble to write formal external RCA documentation and presentationsAble to lead Customer service transitionsPassion for delivering timely and outstanding customer serviceAble to manage and mentor L1/L2/L3 staff in supportGreat written and oral communication skills with internal and external customers
Basic Qualifications
12+ years of overall operational experience7+years of GCP/Azure experience4+ years of experience working in a diverse cloud support environment in a 24*7 production support model3+ yearsDevOps/scripting/APIs experience

GCP Solutions Architect Professional CertificationAzure Solutions Architect Professional Certification Four Year BS/BA in Information Technology degree or equivalent experience
