Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python/FastAPI Developer with 57 years of experience in building scalable backend microservices for real-time voice and data workflows
The role requires hands-on expertise in Python (async I/O, WebSockets), MongoDB/Atlas schema design, indexing, aggregation pipelines, and query tuning
The candidate will work on integrating third-party APIs, developing CI/CD pipelines, and contributing to LLM-based functionalities such as RAG, tool calling, and structured outputs using Pydantic/JSON Schema
The position also demands strong debugging skills across distributed systems, experience with Docker, GitHub Actions/GitLab CI, and collaboration with frontend, AI, and QA teams
Familiarity with AWS services (ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch), security standards (SOC2/HIPAA), and real-time communication technologies (SIP/WebRTC) is a plus
