Role Overview:We are looking for a passionate and articulate Digital Educator-Video Content Specialist to record high-quality, engaging educational video lessons in our provided studio. This role requires strong subject knowledge in Science, creativity in delivery, and collaboration to ensure content meets platform standards and student expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• As part of experiential learning, perform hands-on science activities and demonstrations while recording lessons to make concepts interactive and engaging.
• Record high-quality science video lessons in the studio using well-prepared scripts that are curriculum-aligned and age-appropriate.
• Simplify complex scientific concepts through real-life examples, storytelling, analogies, and visuals.
• Collaborate with the Product Team to ensure lesson flow, content structure, and delivery align with platform requirements.
• Integrate simple experiments or experiential activities while recording to make learning interactive.
• Research and develop lesson scripts ensuring scientific accuracy, clarity, and student engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge in Science.
• Prior experience (1–2 years) in recording or delivering educational content.
• Prior science teaching experience at a school (1–2 years) is a plus.
• Proven video portfolio of past recordings or teaching sessions.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or Master’s degree in Science.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify and explain scientific concepts in a student-friendly manner.
• Confident presence in front of the camera and ability to engage learners digitally.
• Willingness to record sessions in the studio on a scheduled basis.

Good to Have:

• Experience with EdTech platforms or educational video production.
• Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE/State syllabus and activity-based learning methods.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance content effectiveness.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
