As a Digital Educator-Video Content Specialist at CognoSpace EduServices Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for creating high-quality and engaging educational video lessons in the provided studio. Your role will involve leveraging your strong subject knowledge in Science, creativity in delivery, and collaborative skills to ensure that the content meets platform standards and student expectations. Your key responsibilities will include performing hands-on science activities and demonstrations during lesson recordings to enhance interactivity, recording curriculum-aligned and age-appropriate video lessons, simplifying complex scientific concepts using real-life examples, storytelling, analogies, and visuals, collaborating with the Product Team to ensure content structure and delivery align with platform requirements, integrating simple experiments to make learning interactive, and researching and developing lesson scripts for scientific accuracy and student engagement. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in Science, prior experience in recording or delivering educational content, preferably with science teaching experience at a school. A proven video portfolio showcasing past recordings or teaching sessions, a Bachelors in Engineering or a Masters degree in Science, excellent communication skills to explain scientific concepts in a student-friendly manner, a confident presence in front of the camera, and the ability to engage learners digitally are essential qualifications for this position. You should also be willing to record sessions in the studio on a scheduled basis. Experience with EdTech platforms or educational video production, familiarity with CBSE/ICSE/State syllabus and activity-based learning methods, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance content effectiveness would be beneficial for this role.
