Digital Content & Website Manager

About the Role:

develop, organise, and maintain all digital content across our website and marketing channels

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Management

• Upload and update itineraries, blogs, testimonials, and visuals in WordPress.
• Create and maintain landing pages for special offers and featured destinations.
• Ensure website content is SEO-optimised.
• Regularly check for broken links, errors, and necessary updates.

• Content Development

• Draft and edit engaging travel content, including sample itineraries for Europe, the UK, USA, and beyond.
• Source and curate high-quality images and videos for web and marketing use.
• Develop compelling copy that aligns with the brand’s tone.

• Video & Visual Content

• Create simple video itineraries or destination guides for clients.
• Support design of brochures, PDFs, and presentations.

• SEO & Analytics

• Implement basic on-page SEO best practices.
• Track website traffic and performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience managing WordPress websites (uploading content, formatting, plugins).
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
• Strong writing and editing abilities in English.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals.
• Knowledge of travel and tourism industry is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive.
