Digital Compliance-Power BI_Pune & Bangalore Loc

Job Role & responsibilities:-

• Analyse and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights.
• Create and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets and Power BI report for data tracking and reporting.
• Obtain and report the status of digital assets concerning each compliance process

Digital Asset Management (DAM)

• Update Digital Compliance Trackers:
• Based on the monthly data extracted from Digital Hub, update the trackers for the Digital Compliance area.
• Obtain and Publish Updated KPIs:
• Build Power BI Dashboards for KPIs.
• Update, distribute and publish the updated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Digital Compliance area.
• Issue Communication for Remediation:
• In case of any issues, send communication requesting remediation to the relevant parties.
• Extract Data Quality Issues

Based on the maturity report, extract data quality issues and generate reports to request r remediation from the entities

Cookies Consent Management (CCM)

• Stakeholder Communication on Scan Review:
• Based on the scans conducted in OneTrust (Excel file extracted), send communication to stakeholders requesting their review of the latest scan via email.

Domain Management (DOM)

• Generate Contract Expiration Reports:
• Based on the data from Digital Hub and the list of active contracts with registrars, generate reports indicating upcoming contract expirations and their status in the Digital Hub.
• Report on Domains in Breach: Generate a report of domains in breach due to unofficial registrars

Technical skills, Experience & Qualification:-

• Understanding of Digital Asset Management, Cookies Consent Management and Domain Management processes
• Understanding of Digital compliance standards
• Experience in data analysis, with a strong proficiency in Excel.
• Expertise in Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of cookies and their impact on data collection and analysis (nice to have)
• Very good communication skills.
