Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital commercial excellence strategy aligned to business goals.
Deploy and optimize CRM, CLM, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce).
Deliver actionable insights through analytics, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
Enhance field force effectiveness via segmentation, call planning, and incentive programs.
Ensure compliance with pharma regulations and data privacy standards.
SCM- IBP /Kenxis Implementation and value realisation experience for S&OP Planning, Inventory Management, Capacity Planning etc.
Finance Transformations.

Preferred candidate profile:

Bachelors/Masters in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business; MBA preferred.

10-12 years in pharma commercial excellence, sales operations, or digital transformation.
Strong experience with CRM tools, omnichannel marketing, and data analytics (Power BI/Tableau, IQVIA), AI /GenAI, RPA etc
Proven stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
