Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update online product listings accurately.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Track orders, returns, and fulfillment activities.
• Analyze product performance and recommend improvements.
• Communicate daily with the USA-based team for seamless operations.
• Handle backend tasks and assist with customer-related issues.
• Prepare basic reports on sales, listings, and inventory.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce or online operations.
• Strong understanding of digital marketplace workflows.
• Good communication skills for coordination with international teams.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient with multitasking.
• Proficient in MS Office and online dashboards.

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
