Job Description

As a Digital Client API and Integration Product Owner, you will be spearheading the evolution of the digital landscape to drive innovation and excellence. By utilizing cutting-edge technology, you will revolutionize digital offerings to ensure unparalleled customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the day-to-day delivery of Client API and Integration services. - Acting as the primary contact to support stakeholders in implementing new workstreams, investigating requirements, and providing design, development, governance, and delivery guidance. - Managing and delivering key API and Integration strategic initiatives. - Providing recommendations and solutions to support global projects and specific application requirements. - Managing the escalation and timely resolution of technical and performance issues related to API and Integration platforms. To be successful in this role, you should have: - Experience with corporate banking products and propositions. - Knowledge of the broader digital environment. - Familiarity with Enterprise Risk Management Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards. Some good-to-have skills for this role include: - Excellent analytical skills. - Ability to understand stakeholders" needs and make valuable recommendations. - Project management skills. - Structured approach to delivering workstreams to a high standard and on time. - Attention to detail. - Decision-making abilities. - Problem-solving skills. - Negotiation skills. - Motivation and commitment to ownership of delivery and challenges. - Experience in dealing with stakeholders and external suppliers. - Good interpersonal and communication skills. The role will be based out of the office in Pune, India. The purpose of this role is to develop and manage the success of specific financial products and services, providing expertise on a particular product line and bridging the gap between product development, marketing, sales, and customer service. Accountabilities include: - Providing subject matter expertise on specific products and services. - Identifying market trends, new features, regulatory requirements, and potential risks. - Analyzing data obtained from sales figures and customer feedback. - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues. - Presenting the advantages and features of the product to potential customers. - Assisting in the development and execution of marketing materials for the product. - Participating in training sessions, workshops, events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
