Job Description

As a Senior ServiceNow Automation Developer at Cloudologic, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem. With your expertise in ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Chat, Service Catalog, and Predictive Intelligence, you will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance user experiences, improve service delivery, and drive automation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include architecting, developing, and maintaining Virtual Agent conversations to streamline service delivery and enhance user interactions. You will also customize and integrate ServiceNow Chat solutions for real-time user support and automation of routine tasks. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will design intuitive Service Catalog offerings that improve user experience and increase automation. In addition, you will implement ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence models for incident classification, routing, and recommendations, continuously optimizing and enhancing predictive models to meet business needs. You will design and implement automation solutions to streamline IT and business processes using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and other ServiceNow tools. Integration of ServiceNow with third-party systems to enable seamless data exchange and process automation will also be a part of your role. As a subject matter expert, you will stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices. Providing technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to junior developers and other teams will be essential. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues in Virtual Agent, Chat, Service Catalog, and predictive models, ensuring ongoing support for automation solutions in terms of performance, scalability, and security. To qualify for this role, you should have 7+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including expertise in ServiceNow Virtual Agent (VA) development, ServiceNow Chat, Service Catalog development, and Predictive Intelligence implementation. Strong JavaScript skills, familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, and in-depth understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and related ServiceNow modules are required. Your ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, along with excellent troubleshooting skills and communication abilities, will make you a valuable asset to our team.,
