JOB SUMMARY:

This role holder will drive the company's Digital marketing, Brand strategy, Product Offer Design & Marketing, Patient Segmentation and Retention marketing activities. To design and execute data-driven digital and physical campaigns to acquire, retain, engage, and win-back consumers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Wellness Product / Segment Marketing

  • As a Growth leader drive end to end growth of existing segments / product and meet revenue targets
  • Use relevant tools to convert data into insights and recommend new products or segments for driving the business.
  • Work closely with sales, channel team members and Partners to maximize segment sales and growth
  • Develop relationships with key strategic partners and business alliances
  • Supervise all phases of segment growth projects and manage all communication

& promotional material to promote the product effectively

  • Conduct in-depth customer research and competitor mapping

Online Marketing - Digital and Social Media

  • Oversee all the company's social media accounts and Work with digital marketing specialists to lead the implementation of digital plans and campaigns in order to obtain revenue by digital acquisition, conversion, and retention of customer.
  • Own end-to-end ROI on paid marketing campaigns, Conversion % ecommerce to overall business and growing Organic/Inorganic traffic on the Website and App for business generation
  • Develop and establish a comprehensive digital marketing program, SEO, paid ad campaigns across AdWords, Bing, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and

YouTube to get the max number of conversions at the best possible ROI

  • Ensure adherence to and implementation of the above across our digital infrastructures and in all copy and content creation, adhering to appropriate sign- off procedures.
  • Create plan and build roadmap for adoption & monetization of digital properties - Website & App
  • Work on strategy for hyper local digital marketing

Brand and Strategy

  • Create the brand strategy for maximum effectiveness using both digital and physical routes in an optimum mix
  • Position the company as the most engaging healthcare brand across social channels through innovative digital and social media strategy
  • Develops and implements annual marketing programs within budgets to achieve specific business goals like brand objectives, visual identity, brand tone of voice, digital identity etc
  • Drive excellence across all marketing and communication activities, including; brand voice, brand messaging, advertising, photography and guidelines, brand integration, public relations, brand experience partnerships, experiential marketing and events, website development, media planning, marketing innovation, and content development.
  • Design and implement

    integrated marketing campaigns

    that complement digital and ATL (Above-the-Line) efforts.
  • Ensure consistent

    brand positioning

    across all customer touchpoints.

Retention - Usage of consumer

  • Work on CRM tools to create journeys for existing users which help engage them more and bring them back to the platform along with generating higher revenue.
  • Create insight from data to generate recommendations for upsell and increase the revenue per patient.
  • Generate deep insights about customers that increase their retention, rootcause & predict churn and lead to inventing new ways to delight and retain customers.

  • Implement innovative consumer facing loyalty programs and benefits

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience:

  • Preferred MBA from

    premier B-School

  • 10-12 yrs

    of exp in Digital Marketing, Product marketing, Brand, etc.
  • Preferred exp in physical & digital work environment
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders without direct authority
