About the Role

Digital Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics across websites, apps, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Implement and manage analytics tagging and tracking (e.g., via

    Google Tag Manager

    or similar tools).
  • Set up and maintain dashboards and automated reports in tools such as

    Google Analytics

    ,

    Adobe Analytics

    , or

    Looker Studio

    .
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and UX teams to understand KPIs, define tracking requirements, and ensure accurate data collection.
  • Conduct

    funnel, attribution, and cohort analyses

    to identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Measure the impact and ROI of digital marketing activities (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display).
  • Provide insights and data-backed recommendations to improve user engagement, retention, and digital campaign performance.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Support A/B testing and user behavior analysis using experimentation tools.
  • Present findings through visual storytelling and executive-level reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience as a

    Digital Analyst

    ,

    Web Analyst

    , or

    Marketing Analyst

    .
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as:
    • Google Analytics (GA4)

      or

      Adobe Analytics

    • Google Tag Manager (GTM)

      or

      Tealium

    • Google Data Studio / Looker Studio

      Tableau

      , or

      Power BI

  • Strong understanding of

    digital marketing channels

    (SEO, SEM, Display, Paid Social, Email).
  • Proficiency in

    Excel/Sheets

    ,

    SQL

    , and basic

    data visualization

    skills.
  • Experience with

    A/B testing

    tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize).
  • Solid understanding of

    web technologies

    (HTML, JavaScript basics, cookies, tracking pixels).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with

    BigQuery

    for data manipulation.
  • Exposure to
