Digital Adoption Specialist

You will be joining Awign Expert, an Enterprise-focused platform dedicated to assisting businesses in hiring, assessing, and managing highly skilled resources for Gig Based Projects. As a part of the newly launched business division of Awign, which is the pioneer and largest player in the Gig Economy in India, you will have the opportunity to contribute to changing how the world works with a vision to uplift millions of careers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work with global customers to identify training needs, understand customer applications and processes, derive actionable insights, and propose digital adoption solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and enhance process efficiency for customers. - Consult, ideate, and recommend optimal digital adoption solutions using the client Product Ecosystem. - Create content tailored to customers" use cases using the client Studio Editor. - Contribute to developing standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects. **Qualifications Required:** - A good Technical/Engineering bachelor's or professional degree. - Background in Software Development/Solutions/Professional Services is preferred. - 1-5 years of relevant experience. - Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. - Hands-on experience with ReactJS, Javascript, CSS, HTML, Rest APIs, and understanding of systems, architecture, and security aspects. - Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer projects simultaneously. - Understanding of Enterprise Applications like Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, and Oracle would be advantageous. **Education:** - Candidates from Computer Science, IT Engineering, MCA, or BCA background are mandatory. Please note that the preferred skills include excellent spoken English skills for communication with North American clients, awareness of diverse cultures, proficiency in Javascript, CSS, HTML, Rest APIs, systems architecture, and security. Knowledge of applications like ERP, CRM, CLM, and experience in React JS, active Frontend development, or MERN stack development would be considered an added advantage.,
