Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough and in-depth legal research on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) laws, case laws, and international dispute resolution practices.
Prepare detailed legal memoranda, briefs, and reports to support case strategies and client advice.
Assist senior lawyers in case preparation, strategy formulation, and drafting legal documents.
Monitor recent legal developments, judgments, and regulatory changes and provide concise summaries.
Utilize legal research databases and tools effectively (SCC Online, Manupatra, Westlaw, Law graduate or post-graduate degree (LL.B / LL.M) from a recognized university.
Strong research and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in legal research platforms such as SCC Online, Manupatra, Westlaw, or equivalent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment
