Dietitian

The Dietitian is responsible for providing nutritional care to patients/clients, which includes assessment, development of a nutrition care plan, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up. The Dietitian also provides education and counseling to patients/clients and their families regarding nutrition and healthy eating habits.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• * Conducts nutritional assessments to identify patients'/clients' nutritional needs.
• * Develops and implements individualized nutrition care plans based on assessment findings.
• * Monitors patients'/clients' progress and makes adjustments to the nutrition care plan as needed.
• * Provides nutrition education and counseling to patients/clients and their families.
• * Documents all aspects of nutritional care in the medical record.
• * Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
• * Participates in quality improvement activities.
• * Stays current on the latest nutrition research and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• * Bachelor's degree in nutrition or dietetics.
• * Completion of a supervised practice program approved by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
• * Registered Dietitian (RD) credential.
• * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
• * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• * Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Working Conditions:

• * This is a full-time position.
• * The Dietitian will work in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and community centers.
• * The Dietitian may be required to work some evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements:

• * The Dietitian must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, such as standing, walking, and lifting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
