Dietician

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all dietary activities within the facility through food service supervisors and dietary technicians.
  • Develop specialized diet plans and recommend appropriate dietary modifications based on patient needs. • Supervise menu planning for special functions and ensure alignment with nutritional guidelines. • Monitor food preparation and distribution to ensure safe practices, proper seasoning, appealing presentation, and correct portion sizes. • Counsel patients, families, and staff on dietary requirements and nutritional care. • Address complaints, resolve diet-related issues, and ensure patient satisfaction. • Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and quality standards. • Maintain updated dietary records and documentation as required.

Key Requirements

Experience

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in a dietary, nutrition, or clinical dietetics role.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Dietetics or a related field, with coursework in food preparation and service.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of nutrition, therapeutic diets, and dietary modifications.
  • Ability to create, review, and adjust diet plans for diverse patient needs. • Good communication and counselling skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with medical, food service, and patient care teams. • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, hygiene, and safety. • Problem-solving ability and experience handling dietary complaints or concerns.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range:

  25,000 30,000 per month •
