C. Health Assessment & Dietary Guidance Counsel students with diet-related concerns (obesity, anemia, nutritional deficiencies). Provide personalized diet plans when required. Conduct awareness on healthy eating, hydration, and lifestyle. D. Monitoring & Reporting Maintain records of menu plans, inspections, and nutritional interventions. Report food safety concerns to the administration with action recommendations. Assist during NAAC/NBA/AICTE audits with documentation on food safety and nutrition . E. Support for College Events Plan nutrition support for sports teams, NSS camps, and large college events. Provide guidance during health camps and wellness programs. 3. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of nutrition science, diet planning, and food safety . Ability to inspect kitchen operations and suggest improvements. Good communication and counselling skills. Experience with adolescent and youth nutrition preferred. 4. Qualifications B.Sc./M.Sc. in Nutrition & Dietetics / Food Science / Clinical Nutrition. 2–5+ years of experience in institutional or clinical dietetics.
