Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Diamond Grader located in Surat. The Diamond Grader will be responsible for evaluating and grading diamonds using microscopes and other tools, performing detailed quality checks, and ensuring adherence to industry standards. The role includes working closely with laboratory processes, maintaining quality control, and assisting in training and development related to diamond grading practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using microscopes and other tools for diamond grading
• Experience with laboratory skills and quality control standards
• Familiarity with jewelry design and related industry practices
• Ability to participate in training programs and willingness to enhance diamond grading skills
• Strong attention to detail and precision in evaluating and classifying diamonds
• Experience in the diamond or jewelry industry is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in gemology are a plus
