Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Diamond Grader located in Bhopal. The Diamond Grader will be responsible for evaluating and grading diamonds based on their quality characteristics using specialized tools and microscopes. The role involves performing quality control checks, maintaining laboratory standards, and documenting findings accurately. Additionally, the Diamond Grader may assist in training new team members.

Qualifications

Proficiency in the use of microscopes and laboratory skills
Experience with quality control processes, particularly in diamond grading or related industries
Basic knowledge of jewelry design and its impact on grading and assessment
Ability to assist in the training of new employees or team members
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively in an on-site laboratory environment
Certification or training in diamond grading (preferred but not mandatory)
