Job Description

Competencies:

Understanding of Natural Language Processing concepts

Knowledge of DialogFlow CX platform, understanding of the Dialogflow environments, version control and deployment processes

Nice to have knowledge of MS LUIS or IBM Watson platform, CCAI Dialog Flow

Basic knowledge of scripting programing languages preferable (JS, Node.js, Python)

Good understanding of AWS, GCP or Azure cloud based solutions

Independent resolution of complex incidents

Understanding of contact center functionalities and business needs

Nice to have knowledge of following platforms Nice InContact, Genesys CX, Service Now

Basic knowledge of relation databases and API usage

Clear communication, documentation, and note-taking skills.
