Job Description

Optimize DH protocols and processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Implement innovative technologies and automation for scalable DH operations.
Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality DH lines aligned with breeding needs.
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across DH operations.
Maintain compliance with HSE, quality, and operational excellence standards.

Knowledge, experience & capabilities

Critical knowledge
MSc/PhD in Plant Breeding, Biotechnology, Genetics, or related field.
Expertise in doubled haploid technologies and breeding processes.
Experience in process optimization and technology implementation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

5+ years demonstrable applied experience in implementation of Operations or lab functions
A proven track record on working in a science-based environment
Critical technical, professional, and personal capabilities
Ability to work in teams and across geographies
Problem-solving skills
Some experience in data visualization with Tableau, Power BI, or similar
Strong written and oral English communication skills
Analytical Mind-set
