Job Purpose and Impact The Director, Poultry Technical Consultancy & Marketing primarily focus on strategic partnership with national key account. He will lead, coach and develop a team to execute the business plan to meet business goals. In this role, you will partner with sales and marketing to identify and execute new business development projects and lead, prioritize and report on the portfolio of new business development projects and drive process improvements and the supporting tools and metrics. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in veterinary science. Masters degree in animal nutrition\Poultry Science\Veterinary Pathology. Minimum of 10 years of related work experience & 5 years of supervisory experience Other minimum qualifications may apply. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Expertise in poultry Integration. Minimum of 15 years of experience in poultry business. Experience leading a technical team with staff from multiple locations and disciplines. Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships and trust through technical knowledge and expertise.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Animal Nutrition (Food & Beverages) business processes and cross-functional knowledge. Roles and Responsibility Manage and optimize the supply chain process from order to cash. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. Maintains animal health by diagnosing and treating diseases and injuries. Restores animal health by treating animals surgically or medically. Prevents rabies, brucellosis, and other disorders by testing animals and providing inoculations.

Monitor and ensure high-quality standards across seed production fields & submit recommendations. Develop standard procedures for field inspection and ensure their adherence. Inspecting Hybrid seed Production and Parent Seeds production. Coordinate with departments for any quality issues. Provide technical support and training to growers and field staff on best practices in seed production & Quality assurance. Plan & execute grow-out-tests to verify the seed's genetic purity for Parent Seed & Hybrid Seed. Perform detailed observations, data recording, and analysis of traits of plant vigour, morphology, and other critical parameters. Attend Paravet / Gopal monthly Meeting and analyze performance of Gopal/RDO wise and instructing them accordingly. Cross checking of reports, Gopal/MOs attendance/Expenses and submitting for salary preparation to Reporting Manager. Conducting review meeting of Monitoring Officers.
