• Calculation, Design and layout of Transformers for distribution applications with a cost efficient and reliable solution & special application like Dual Voltage, Converter Duty, Solar and Wind Step-up applications etc. • Create, Maintain documentation and specifications • Ensure quality and reliability of the developed products • Follow-up new designs & assess results at Test Lab • Capitalization of data and compiling files for traceability and return of experience • Aid in the resolution of production problems arising from design issues • Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities without impairing quality • Interface with suppliers and answer technical queries • Provide input for new product ideas and roadmaps • Capable to interact with customer to solve technical queries including at time of commissioning • Tender technical analysis and Support to Marketing Team for RFQs data filling
Knowledge: • Proficient in AutoCAD / Indian electrical wiring software • Fluent in English • ERP knowledge, Electrical knowledge, LV parts. • ISO System Knowledge Behaviour, personality • Reactivity as well as proactive, autonomy, ability to anticipate and adaptability Rigor and methodology Ability to listen and summarize • Analytical & Perfectionist • Pioneering spirit • Likes to take challenges Motivation • Customer Satisfaction and Action oriented • Self-encouraged & motivated • Willing to participate in growth of company
