Job Description

You will be responsible for supporting the Tender Manager in the day-to-day activities of the tendering team. This includes efficiently processing customer Request For Quotations to meet the requested date, as well as interpreting customer specifications to ensure accurate delivery of requirements. In case of any ambiguities, it is essential to clarify with the opportunity leader before uploading the Request For Quotation in bFO. Your role will also involve ensuring that both the customer and opportunity leader are informed of any non-compliance in the offer. It is crucial to verify that all Terms and Conditions align with the standard guidelines. Any deviations from the standard Terms and Conditions should be brought to the attention of the Tendering Manager before uploading the offer. This position requires a full-time commitment and the job requisition number is 009DE9.,
