Daily NC's and Painting defect monitoring with proper analysis. Review the Total Manpower. Review RSPSR and Line SPR. Review Assembly production Loss analysis by Paint Shop. Review Consumption of Paint, Thinner, Power and Fuel Preferred Industries Automobile Automotive Industry Education Qualification Masters in Management Studies General Experience 15 years for Diploma or 12 years Critical Experience System Generated Core Skills Auditing Statistical Process Control (SPC) Quality Control Root Cause Analysis Process Knowledge - Assembly Process Knowledge - Paint Shop Safety Management System Generated Secondary Skills Job Segment: Painter, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Automotive
