Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy General Manager (DGM) - Implementation located in Hyderabad. The DGM - Implementation will be responsible for overseeing software implementation projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role will also involve analyzing data to ensure efficient project execution and successful system integration at hospitals.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills for evaluating project requirements and ensuring efficient execution
• Looking for 3-5 years experience in Software Implementation and integration processes
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
