The incumbent will lead maintenance operations across 15+ Soaps & Detergents (S&D) factories. This role demands a strategic thinker who can drive operational reliability, safety, and cost efficiency while leading high-performing teams across geographically distributed plants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all plant maintenance operations, ensuring machinery uptime, compliance, and optimized performance across multiple sites.
• Lead planning and execution of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PPM), annual shutdowns, and major plant overhauls.
• Build and implement scalable maintenance systems, SOPs, and digital tools across plants.
• Mentor and guide plant-level maintenance managers and technicians; foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence.
• Champion continuous improvement programs and reliability engineering practices to reduce downtime and increase asset life cycle.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to EHS norms and proactively identify and mitigate safety and environmental risks.
• Strategize CapEx planning for equipment upgrades, maintenance infrastructure, and tool inventory.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet operationa KPIs and business targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• B.Tech (full-time) with 15+ years of relevant experience maintenance leadership roles across multiple manufacturing plants.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Deep expertise in mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.
• Proven track record in large-scale FMCG or chemical industries preferred; however, industry is open for exceptional candidates.
• Hands-on experience with TPM, Lean methodologies, and digital maintenance platforms is a plus.
