Job Description

Role Overview: As the Scaled Go-to-Market Operations Leader, you will play a critical role in driving the global Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and operations. Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing a scalable and repeatable GTM motion to enhance the global business. You will need to excel in orchestrating cross-functional initiatives, translating them into actionable plans, and utilizing data analysis for strategic decision-making. Your role will require a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a deep understanding of sales operations and the economics of Cloud partners. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with Vendor Management Office (VMO), business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather and deliver requirements effectively. - Translate complex business needs into actionable plans for regional teams to ensure successful program delivery. - Utilize data analysis tools like Tableau to extract insights from sales data, identify trends, and optimize operational strategies for maximum outcomes. - Understand sales psychology to effectively engage with Field Sales Representatives (FSRs) and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority. - Leverage expertise in ISV economics and co-selling dynamics to design programs that scale ISV sales motions. - Lead and manage a globally distributed team, overseeing end-to-end Global Partner Advisory team operations, targets, KPIs, and client deliverables. - Prepare comprehensive advisory reports, deliver engaging presentations, and lead business review meetings with stakeholders. - Mentor and develop a team of advisory professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 15+ years of experience in ISV Channel Management, Global B2B Sales Operations, or Partner Sales Management/SaaS Technical Sales. - Advanced English language proficiency (C1 or above certified). - Solid understanding of cloud technologies and digital transformation concepts. - Certification as a Cloud Digital Leader or any other cloud-related certification is advantageous. - Demonstrated skills in sales pipeline management, negotiation, and business fluency in data analysis. - Experience in influencing and aligning cross-functional stakeholders and managing globally distributed teams with flexibility.,
