Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Deputy General Manager Engineer at Aarti Pharmalabs Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee the development and implementation of engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
Manage and supervise a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, improving overall project efficiency.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and vendors.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Analyze data and reports to inform engineering decisions and optimize processes.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects from conception to completion.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Experience with process optimization techniques to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
