Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Deputy General Manager Engineer at Aarti Pharmalabs Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects.
Manage and supervise a team of engineers and technicians.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Proven experience in managing engineering teams and projects.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and technologies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality control measures.
