Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Deputy General Manager Engineer at Aarti Pharmalabs Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee the development and implementation of engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
Manage and supervise a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, improving overall project efficiency.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders, including suppliers and contractors.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Proven experience in managing engineering projects from conception to delivery.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulations.
