Job Description

As a Curriculum Development Consultant at Shri Educare Limited, your role is crucial in enhancing educational programs and processes to ensure excellence in the sphere of education. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing, reviewing, and implementing the curriculum for the Middle School International Program. - Researching, developing, and documenting curriculum for various projects. - Coordinating with quality checking resources to ensure alignment with expectations. - Enriching the DP/Middle School curriculum for SEL and developing workbooks to support the curriculum. - Conducting customized training programs for staff at SEL DP/Middle schools. - Creating and implementing training modules to strengthen pedagogy at SEL schools. - Coordinating with other functions and schools to provide quality service. - Ensuring documentation of policies in line with services offered and implementing educational programs/projects as needed. - Collaborating with the VP of Operations on strategic planning and other assignments. - Participating in training programs to upgrade skills and staying informed on the latest pedagogy trends. In this role, you will interact with various stakeholders including: - Principals, promoters, and teachers of SEL Schools for curriculum support and training. - VP Ops/CEO for internal reviews and understanding SEL systems. - School coordinators for operational inputs, reviews, and policy implementation. - Teaching staff for academic progress discussions and feedback. - People from other schools for networking and building relationships. - External vendors for fulfilling requirements related to printing and design. To excel in this role, you should possess skills and competencies in: - Pedagogy with a strong understanding of best practices in DP & Middle-school education. - Knowledge management through research, data customization, and documentation. - Effective communication skills tailored for different audiences. - Innovation and analysis to develop solutions based on available data. - Project management including activity scheduling, reporting, and monitoring. - Initiative to drive tasks and projects without supervision. The ideal candidate should have: - Educational Qualification: Graduate+ Post Graduate + B. Ed from a reputed college. - Minimal Required Experience: Minimum 6 years of teaching DP and MYP in a school environment or curriculum support for International Schools, with a profile as an Examiner, Workshop Leader, or Evaluation Leader. Last IB training should not be more than 3 years old. - Domain/Subject: English/Computer Science/Design Technology/Economics/Chemistry/Math (except Biology & Physics).
