Job Description

DGCA Approved SEP Instructor (Female Candidates Only)

Roles and Responsibilities

Deliver theoretical and practical training on safety and emergency procedures for cabin crew and flight crew.
Cover topics including aircraft evacuation, ditching, firefighting, decompression, turbulence, and more.
Simulated Emergency Drills like Use of life jackets and oxygen masks, Operation of emergency exits
Assist in preparing, updating, and revising training materials, manuals, and procedures in line with aircraft type and DGCA regulations.
Prepare the training department for DGCA audits and inspections.
Train crew on the correct use, storage, and checks of all onboard emergency equipment including fire extinguishers, oxygen bottles, and first aid kits.
Coordinate with CRM (Crew Resource Management) instructors and integrate first aid modules when necessary.
Provide Boeing 737-specific SEP training, tailoring drills and procedures according to aircraft configuration and systems.
Ensure ongoing validity of DGCA approval, including attending refresher courses and instructor standardization programs.
