DevSecOps Lead

As an experienced DevSecOps Lead, your role will involve driving secure development and deployment practices across digital retail platforms. You will be responsible for embedding security into every stage of the DevOps lifecycle, ensuring high availability, scalability, and compliance in a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the DevSecOps strategy and implementation across teams. - Integrate security tools into CI/CD pipelines (SAST, DAST, IaC scanning). - Ensure cloud and container security for AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Automate compliance and governance processes for standards like PCI DSS and GDPR. - Collaborate with IT, security, and development teams to enhance the overall security posture. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Security. - Strong knowledge of DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Terraform. - Hands-on experience with security tools and practices in cloud-native environments. - Previous experience in retail, eCommerce, or high-traffic consumer platforms would be advantageous. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks like PCI and SOC 2.
