DevSecOps Engineer

Role Overview: As a Devsecops Engineer for IoT projects at the Smart Products & IoT Strategic Innovation Centre in India team, your main responsibility will be to provision, manage, and support infrastructure deployed in the cloud for IoT projects. You will handle Azure services like Azure Identity, Azure Compute, Azure Containers, Azure App Service, Azure Resource Manager, Azure Container Registry, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Key Vault, and Azure Web Application Firewall. Additionally, you will be involved in RCA, disaster recovery, service outage management, backup planning, Github integration with Azure using Git Workflow, handling production workload spread globally, driving POCs in cloud services, and taking implementations from POC to large rollout. You must also ensure GDPR policy compliance in CI/CD and have technical responsibility for the implementation process. Key Responsibilities: - Provision, manage, and support infrastructure deployed in the cloud for IoT projects - Handle Azure services and tools such as Azure Identity, Azure Compute, Azure Containers, Azure App Service, Azure Resource Manager, Azure Container Registry, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Key Vault, and Azure Web Application Firewall - Perform RCA, disaster recovery, service outage management, and backup planning - Integrate Github with Azure using Git Workflow - Handle production workload spread across the globe - Drive POCs in cloud services and take implementations from POC to large rollout - Ensure GDPR policy compliance in CI/CD - Technical responsibility for implementation process from POC to large rollout Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related Engineering discipline; masters degree or higher from IIT/IISc or other premier institutes preferred - In-depth knowledge and experience of Azure & AWS IoT platforms and services - Experience in docker & Kubernetes and deployment process - Hands-on experience in building and deployment for Nodejs, reactjs, react native, GO, .net, typescript, and Python code-based - Experience in Cloud Security, Identity, & Compliance services - Experience in Cloud Management & Governance services - General experience in deployment frameworks like Ansible, terraform, Jenkins - Azure Professional Certified will get weightage - Exposure to Kibana and experience in Red Hat - Knowledge of code promotion workflow integrated with tools like Jira - Experience in stack auto-scaling for incidents - Depth knowledge of Python and CloudFormation - Experience in Azure DevOps tools services - Experienced in creation and assignment of IAM roles and policies - Experience in IaaC (CLI and Boto lib) - Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, resiliency, security - Cloud Cost Optimization - Cloud Monitoring and Scaling - Knowledge in GIT workflow Deployment with staging environment using cloud DevOps tools - Experience in containerized deployments & container orchestration - Experience in provisioning environments, infrastructure management & monitoring - Experience in designing the HA Architecture and DC-DR setup (Note: Any additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.),
