DevOps Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Trainer to empower professionals with essential skills in DevOps practices, tools, and methodologies. This role involves delivering training sessions on CI/CD pipelines, containerization, cloud platforms, and automation tools, ensuring trainees gain practical expertise and stay updated with the latest industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging training sessions on DevOps concepts, tools, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, hands-on labs, and assessments.
• Deliver sessions covering CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Provide guidance and support to trainees during practical exercises and projects.
• Stay abreast of the latest DevOps trends and emerging technologies to enhance training content.
• Assess trainee understanding and provide constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a DevOps Trainer.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Proven ability to create and deliver effective training programs.
• Experience in preparing and maintaining training materials and assessments.

Preferred Skills / Attributes:

• Experience with cloud-native technologies and container orchestration.
• Certifications in relevant DevOps tools or cloud platforms.
• Experience with automation and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
• Ability to adapt training content to meet the needs of diverse learners.
