Job Description We are seeking a passionate and experienced DevOps Trainer to join our team and mentor aspiring engineers in mastering modern DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across the DevOps lifecycle, strong command over automation tools, and a knack for simplifying complex concepts. Youll be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact training sessions, both online and offline, that cover the full spectrum of DevOps tools and methodologies. Roles and Responsibilities Design and deliver training programs for DevOps tools such as Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, Prometheus, Grafana, GitLab CI/CD pipeline. Develop course materials and presentations to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to students. Conduct hands-on labs, workshops, and real-world project simulations Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback Stay updated with the latest DevOps trends and incorporate them into training Customize training content based on audience skill level and industry needs Mentor students on career paths, certifications, and interview preparation Provide one-on-one support to students during lab exercises and troubleshoot issues related to DevOps tools.
