Devops Manager

Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and configuration management processes aligned with business and technology goals. Champion DevSecOps best practices across Development, QA, Security. Cloud and Operations teams to implement CI, CD and Continuous testing (CT). Define and enforce SLAs/SLOs for pipeline & infrastructure performance and availability. Solid experience in leading design and implementation of Multistage pipelines as Code in Jenkins and GitLab platforms. Experience in container-based and serverless deployments to AWS including microservices. Experience in creating and implementing configurable pipelines incorporating Quality gates in CI, CD and CT. Ensure infrastructure is compliant with security, governance, and compliance standards (e.g., SOC2, HIPAA, ISO). Manage cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), ensuring optimal performance, and scalability. Support incident response and root cause analysis for major outages and service disruptions. Mentor and guide DevOps engineers and developers in modern engineering practices and improving DevSecOps maturity. Experience enabling DevSecOps practices. Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies for automation, and security. Evaluate, implement, and optimize tools and platforms to support DevSecOps initiatives. SkillBachelors or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. This is a role that requires 15+ years of overall IT experience, with 10+ years in DevSecOps and at least 7+ years in an DevOps leadership position. Candidate should be capable and be ready to roll-up the sleeves and be hands-on when necessary. Hands-on experience with by integrating tools including PyUnit, nUnit, SonarQube, Snyk, Artifactory, Maven, Selenium, RestAssured, Lamdatest, JMeter, EasyVista, Liquibase, CloudFormation, AWS Secrets Manager and containers/Kubernetes. Experience with Groovy & YAML; Deployments patterns – Blue Green, Canary and Dark. Strong experience implementing and delivering DevOps metrics including DORA. Deep expertise in cloud platforms in AWS and Azure. Proven capability to measure, baseline DevSecOps maturity and driving improvements to maturity. Continuous improvement mindset adding new capabilities to enhance DevSecOps maturity. Experience in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell). Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects. Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership and stakeholder management skills. Ability to spearhead DevSecOps transformation initiatives for our clients Working experience of Agile/SCRUM/Kanban technologies. Certifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Experience infusing Gen AI in DevSecOps automation Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments. Strong knowledge of networking, security, and monitoring tools (e.g., NewRelic, OpsGenie).
