Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Build, manage, and scale cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
Ensure system uptime, performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines for fast and safe deployments.
Champion infrastructure-as-code principles and automate processes wherever possible.
Guide and mentor a team of 2-3 junior/mid-level DevOps engineers.
Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and logging systems.
Collaborate with backend, frontend, and security teams on architecture and operational readiness.
Participate in on-call rotations and incident management, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.

Skills Required:

5+ years of hands-on DevOps or SRE experience in cloud-native environments.
Expertise in AWS and GCP cloud platforms.
Strong experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, scripting, monitoring, and logging.
Ability to lead and mentor a small team of DevOps engineers.
Experience with incident management, on-call rotations, and operational excellence.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
