DevOps Manager

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

• Mentor and guide the DevOps team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and drive professional development.
• Allocate team resources effectively to meet project deadlines and SLA commitments.
  

Operational Oversight

• Oversee the management of

  Kubernetes clusters

  across

  AWS, Azure, and GCP

  , ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
• Monitor and maintain key subsystems such as

  Keycloak, Elasticsearch, Istio, Kafka, Redis, microservices, Argo Workflows, and Flowable

  .
• Lead

  incident management

  and response efforts, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.

Development & Automation

• Design and implement

  CI/CD pipelines

  to streamline and automate software deployment.
• Manage infrastructure as code using

  Kustomize, Helm Charts, and other IaC tools

  for scalable and reproducible environments.
• Develop automation scripts to optimize routine DevOps operations and improve efficiency.
  

Strategic Planning

• Define and implement a

  multi-cloud strategy

  aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor cloud utilization and implement

  cost optimization measures

  without impacting performance.
• Evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and practices to ensure the organization stays ahead technologically.
  

Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate closely with

  development, QA, and product teams

  to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and priorities.
• Act as a key point of contact for

  stakeholder communication

  , providing updates on progress, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

• 12–15 years of experience in

  DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering

  with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in managing

  Kubernetes clusters

  and cloud platforms (

  AWS, Azure, GCP

  ).
• Strong hands-on knowledge of

  Keycloak, Elasticsearch, Istio, Kafka, Redis, CI/CD, Argo Workflows, and Flowable

  .
• Experience with

  IaC tools

  such as Helm, Kustomize, Terraform, or equivalent.
• Solid scripting and automation experience (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving and incident management skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
