Key Responsibilities

Package & Deploy

• Develop reusable

  Helm charts, pipelines, and templates

  for deploying in both dedicated and shared customer environments.
• Build and maintain

  containerized deployments

  across Kubernetes platforms (AKS, EKS, GKE, OpenShift).
• Implement

  Kubernetes best practices

  and ensure cluster configurations align with industry standards.

SaaS Enablement

• Design and manage SaaS environments, including

  Single-Tenant Dedicated

  ,

  Single-Tenant Shared

  , and

  Multi-Tenant Shared Clusters

  .
• Deploy across

  AWS, Azure, and GCP

  , focusing on security, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Drive

  resource efficiency

  through autoscaling and usage monitoring.

Developer Environments & Automation

• Automate provisioning and lifecycle management of

  Dev, QA, and UAT environments

  .
• Streamline engineering workflows to boost productivity and platform stability.
  

Technical Implementation & Leadership

• Take ownership of

  CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure implementation

  .
• (Optional) Mentor and lead a team of 510 DevOps engineers, depending on experience level.
  

Monitoring & Observability

• Implement observability using

  OpenTelemetry (OTLP), Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Jaeger

  .
• Integrate

  monitoring and alerting

  into CI/CD workflows for proactive system health management.

Requirements

Must Have

• Expert-level Kubernetes and Helm

  experience — your strongest skillset.
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Jenkins

  and

  Git-based CI/CD workflows

  .
• Practical exposure to

  AWS, Azure, GCP, or OpenShift deployments

  .
• Scripting proficiency in

  Shell, Python, or Groovy

  for automation.
• Experience with

  Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

  using Terraform or CloudFormation and

  Configuration Management

  using Ansible.
• Solid understanding of

  cloud-native security

  , including:
• Container image hardening
  
• RBAC & Secrets management
  
• Compliance alignment (OPA, CIS Benchmarks, SOC2, etc.)
  
• Proven ability to implement

  observability and monitoring stacks

  (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Jaeger, OpenTelemetry).

Good to Have

• Certifications in

  AWS / Azure / GCP

  or

  Terraform

  .
• Experience with

  GitOps workflows

  (Argo CD, Flux).
• Exposure to

  virtual Kubernetes cluster tools

  (KinD).
• Understanding of

  secure multi-tenant architectures

  .
• Background in

  Java or Python development

• Experience in
